Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dar Trade (the "Service"), operated at dartrade.us. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Dar Trade is (and is not)

Dar Trade is a software subscription. It provides you with a private, automated trading engine that connects to your own Kalshi account using API credentials you supply. Dar Trade is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or money manager. We never hold, custody, or have access to your funds — all money stays in your own Kalshi account at all times.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing in the Service — including strategies, signals, scores, backtests, and documentation — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Strategy presets are heuristics with no guaranteed edge. Past or backtested performance does not predict future results.

3. Risk of loss

Trading event contracts involves substantial risk. You can lose some or all of the money you trade. You are solely responsible for all trading activity on your Kalshi account, including trades placed automatically by your bot under settings you control. Always test on the demo environment until you trust your configuration.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe: the Demo plan ($0.99/month, paper trading on Kalshi's demo environment) and the Live plan ($99/month, real-money trading on your Kalshi account). If a subscription lapses or payment fails, your bot is automatically paused and, for Live plans, returned to the demo environment. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact beta@dartrade.us.

5. Your responsibilities

You must (a) be legally permitted to trade on Kalshi and comply with Kalshi's terms of service and all laws applicable to you; (b) keep your account and API credentials secure; (c) not attempt to access other users' bots or data, probe or overload the Service, or reverse-engineer it; (d) use the Service only for your own account.

6. Availability

We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages (including Kalshi outages), and failures may pause your bot. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dar Trade and its operator are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three (3) months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us; your bot and its data are destroyed on deletion.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
