Dar TradeHomePrivacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
This policy describes what Dar Trade (dartrade.us) collects, why, and what we never touch.
1. What we collect
Account:your Google account email, name, and profile photo (from "Sign in with Google"), sign-up date, and last activity time. Billing: your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers. Bot data:your bot's configuration, trade history, and logs live inside your own isolated bot instance.
2. Your Kalshi API keys
Your Kalshi credentials are stored only inside your own bot instance— never in the platform database, never shared with other users, never used for anything except signing your bot's requests to Kalshi. Deleting your account destroys them.
3. Aggregated strategy research
We analyze anonymized, aggregated trade outcomes across all botsto build shared strategy profiles (like the daily "Dar Daily" preset). Only combined statistics are used — your individual trades are never shown to other users or tied to your identity.
4. What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't run third-party ad or analytics trackers. We don't read your bot's trading data except for operational support (e.g., you ask for help, or a malfunction requires investigation).
5. Cookies
We use only functional cookies: your login session and your bot session. No advertising cookies.
6. Third parties
Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Kalshi (your trading, via your own keys), and our hosting provider (Hetzner). Each processes only what's needed for its role, under its own privacy policy.
7. Retention & deletion
Account and bot data persist while your account exists. Request deletion anytime at beta@dartrade.us — your account, bot, keys, and trade data are destroyed; Stripe retains billing records as required by law. Routine encrypted backups roll off within 14 days.
8. Security
HTTPS everywhere, per-user isolated bot instances on a private network, key-only server access, automatic security updates, and least-access design (the platform database never contains trading credentials).
